Internships

INSP is responsible for investigating various health and environmental issues using multidisciplinary approaches. This allows for the creation of tools to address the diverse problems of the population with the support of the health sector and academia, meaning that research is enriched both by experts in the field and by the training of students (Escuela de Salud Pública de México). INSP has three locations in the country, with Cuernavaca being the largest.

The centers that comprise INSP are the following:

• Center for Population Health Research. Scientific information aimed at improving the health conditions of the population and reducing inequity in access to health services.
• Center for Research in Health Systems. Generating knowledge for public policies.
• Center for Research in Nutrition and Health. Committed to improving the nutritional status of the population and promoting physical activity.
• Center for Research on Infectious Diseases. Committed to improving equity in population health through research and teaching.
• Center for Research in Evaluation and Surveys. Evidence for health and development.
• Regional Center for Public Health Research. Promoting social equity through the generation of knowledge, innovation in health systems, and the training of human resources for public health.
• Center for Information for Public Health Decisions. Promoting the use of scientific knowledge for public health decision-making.

The Ministry of Culture is the governmental entity dedicated to promoting, protecting, and disseminating the cultural and artistic wealth of the region. Its mission is to guarantee the cultural rights of citizens through actions that foster artistic creation and training, preservation of cultural and biocultural heritage, and the strengthening of community culture, promoting inclusive access to culture and the comprehensive well-being of the people of Morelos. To manage and promote the arts, promote heritage and the cultural industry as an engine of social, economic, and human development, fostering identity and social cohesion through the exercise of cultural rights.

Colectiva Divulvadoras began its activities in 2015 in the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos; however, we have worked in many municipalities of the state, mainly Cuautla, Temixco, Jojutla, Ciudad Ayala, and Tlaquiltenango. Our activities are based on creativity and feminism, using culture to disseminate, promote, and demand women's rights, specifically sexual and reproductive rights and a life free from violence for women.

• Support for indirect victims of femicide and serious crimes or human rights violations

It is a diverse LGBTTTIHQ group where Health, Culture, and Education are promoted. With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Alfonso Leija, a minister of an inclusive church and head of Colectiva Diversa, has provided significant support to the community through social activism, primarily aimed at historically marginalized populations such as: LGBTIQ+ persons, homeless population, students, migrants, older adults, people living with HIV, families who are victims of violence, among many others.

We are a skateboard shop that integrates the sale of local, national, and international brands of skateboarding accessories, clothing, sneakers, etc. We carry out the management of municipal and state skateboarding and urban culture events in Morelos. We also develop skatepark design and management projects, as well as ramp design and construction, integrating this with teaching skateboarding and roller skating classes.

Oscar García Benítez Studio is a contemporary painting studio located in the city of Cuernavaca and directed by artist Oscar García Benítez (Morelos, 1991), whose practice is situated at the intersection of traditional landscape and the unexpected. Through painting as the primary medium, the studio develops pictorial works that explore landscape through nostalgia, memory, and awe. The workshop functions as a space for production, experimentation, and collaboration, interested in generating exchanges with individuals, brands, and institutions aligned with artistic, cultural, and visual sensibilities. García Benítez's work has been exhibited in museums (such as MACCO in Oaxaca and the Tamayo Museum in Mexico City) among other cultural centers in Mexico and the United States; currently, the artist is represented by MP7 Arte Contemporáneo in Miami and MVC Arte Contemporáneo in Mérida.

With just over 10 years of experience, Fat&Raw is a production company dedicated to live audio and recording studio services, with a primary focus on the Metal music genre and its derivatives. One of the main organizers of events, festivals, and local concerts in the city of Cuernavaca, having presented a roster of more than 200 local, national, and international bands.

We are an independent cultural space with over seven years of experience, dedicated to providing equipped rehearsal rooms and a professional recording studio. We serve local musicians, bands, and producers, offering an accessible and high-quality venue for artistic development. In addition to renting rooms and studio time, we offer backline rental, recording, mixing, and music production services. Our space functions as a creative meeting point, where musical projects, workshops, and collaborations that strengthen the independent scene are born.

Sublime Tattoo is a tattoo studio located in Jiutepec, Morelos, created for those seeking more than a tattoo: an experience. We are a safe, inclusive, and professional space where skin art is approached with respect, care, and attention to detail. We offer tattoos in various styles such as fine line, blackwork, floral, lettering, and custom designs, in addition to barber services and piercings. Each piece is created mindfully, listening to the story and intention of every client. Our studio features a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, with open areas and a team of artists committed to quality, hygiene, and humane treatment.
